Business Partnership Analysis
Most people can work in partnership, however not every collaboration is equal. You each bring unique strengths and challenges, and success depends on many factors.
So how do you know if someone is the right business partner?
A Partnership Analysis maps these dynamics. It uncovers and demonstrates where you compliment each other, and where there may be friction. By knowing the qualities each partner brings, and where the synergy and tension lies, you optimise the collaboration. It’s not about ‘fixing’ the other person, it’s about understanding the dynamics of the relationship to enhance your business success.
This analysis can help if you are committed to improving your working relationship; if two people are struggling working together; or when determining if you should enter into a partnership with another.
An Introductory Career analysis for each partner is included, before we undertake a joint session to delve into the specific partnership dynamics. We will discuss the overall theme of your partnership, whether your public roles are in harmony, what individual strengths you bring; where your partnership shines; where tension may arise; and how you affect each other emotionally. You will be provided with key recommendations for optimising the partnership that will serve you for years to come.
