Let's get you ready for a reinvented you! I'll detail how coaching can help get you where you want to go, then we'll explore your Vision for six key areas of life: 1. Health - Physical, Mental, Emotional 2. Creativity 3. Relationships - Intimate, Kids, Family, Friends, Business 4. Career - Mission, Purpose, Work in the World 5. Money 6. Adventure - Pleasure, Experience, Fun. Let's face it - we can all do with a little more self-care, and you benefit from setting some concrete plans for living your best life, so let's begin. At the end of our session, you with have a greater sense of purpose, calmness, and crucially, an actionable framework for the life you want to be living and loving. You can then decide if you'd like to continue to work with me through the full Reinvention process.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule individual consultations, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice or the session will be forfeited.
